Anna is a capital deal-maker, one the most successful international capital market experts. With the proven reputation and extensive knowledge of and experience in IPO, SPO and M&A, she is able to lead businesses through their initial public offering and corporate governance of a company.

For over 15 years Anna specializes in corporate and financial strategies. Anna has deep experience in corporate business management and capital raising.
